Hi,

Every body will be knowing that India is no more in this world cup.Let's leave behind our emotions and dug the root cause for our team's dismal performance.Well players will be feeling sorry for all this but, is this only players who need to be put to task or others too.BCCI too can't pass the buck to others.It is accountable for its deeds.It's high time for BCCI to revamp the cricket team.It should go for some short term as well as long term policies.

• Short ones could be like replacing the coach perhaps former kangaroo Steve Waugh is going to be the new incumbent.Saurav Ganguly is not a bad candidate for captaincy.He can still be retained.Rest BCCI should roll in some new faces in the team and it must be young blood.

• Long ones could be hunting for hidden talent in the country.Former players can play a good role here.Its not a bad idea if BCCI engulfs major corporates for this purpose.They can help in providing training to these young guys.

I have a personal request to our players to keep themselves fit,practise more which means that they need to focus on their game.I would also like to use this medium against all those elements who are resorting to jokes on our national team, for it could happen to anybody.Some mongers give a sense of insecurity to the players and their families.By this these bad elements are only going to build up pressure on the players.I request them not to do so.If they want to protest let it be in a peaceful and decent way.

Hope our team regains its hopping down image so that it will be able to do justice with the next world cup.
